Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Noirvèe is not responsible for:
Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If an order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Noirvèe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Postal carrier delays
Weather conditions
Holidays
Incorrect shipping information
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
